Grey Goose was looking for a way to extend it’s “Fly Beyond” platform in interesting ways, so we pitched them something a bit different - a travel show that took their tagline literally - by focusing on traveling across the country to the best local bars serving local cocktails using the finest local ingredients. With that, “Local Flight” was born.

We wrote a pilot episode and partnered with food-content production company Tastemade, to plot a “season” worth of destinations that would make great TV. And it was - resulting in over 5,000,000 views on Youtube alone.

Season one took host Shawn Thomas across the US, from LA to Portland, Chicago to NYC, and back around to Seattle, San Francisco and more.  The show was so successful with online audiences, that Grey Goose decided to take it to the next level, and signed up for two more seasons, and taking the show off the internet and on to Amazon Prime Video, opening up the show to 200 million households.
