SYNOPSIS:
Launching the biggest live video game announcement in history.

E3. It’s the gaming industry’s SuperBowl.
With most of the year's biggest accouncements being made, 
it's difficult to stand out from the pack.  
To do just that, Ubisoft wanted to launch the largest live social media event they'd ever undertaken.

So we devised a social media war room; a real-time marketing approach that would be able to monitor the ongoing social conversation in detailed, measured ways. that consisted of over 30 marketers guiding one of the E3's most watched livestreams, and the creation of 300+ content posts across all social media  platforms, all in the course of 48 hours.

We set Ubisoft apart from the pack, "winning" E3 by making it the most successful brand of the entire E3 week. In total, the war room created original content and branded conversations in over 300 posts with an overall reach of over 500,000,000 mentions, and hashtags, & over 12 million page reach across all platforms. Earning a Shorty award in the process.
